Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received prior to December 31, 2020 will be refunded in full with a deduction of a $50 administration fee if a payment was made and needs to be reimbursed. Cancellations received between January 1, 2021 and prior to January 8, 2021 will be refunded 50% with a deduction of a $50 administration fee if a payment was made and needs to be reimbursed. No refund for cancellations received after January 8, 2021. If you should have to cancel your registration, notification in writing should be sent to info@cognitaconsultancy.com

Requirements

You are expected to provide information and promotional material (e.g. prospectus, special offers, video) at the time of booking, present one hour webinar and make sure that at least one representative will be available during private sessions during the fair.
